Our hand crafted Magnesium oil spray is created by combining the highest quality magnesium flakes and our 100% pure distilled hydrosols. Available in a 2 oz spray bottle, in two scents; Lavender & Mint Bliss or Rosemary & Eucalyptus. 
Magnesium oil can help improve sleep quality, reduce stress and anxiety, and ease headaches. By delivering magnesium quickly through the skin vs taken internally, it is more readily and quickly absorbed, supporting muscle recovery for better relaxation, energy, and overall wellness.
HOW TO USE: Spray on your abdomen, bottoms of your feet, and/or armpits before bed to help improve your sleep quality. For muscle recovery, spray directly onto sore muscles or mix it into butters/lotions for an enhanced massage.
